Was looking through Danny LuVisis' series of 'Black' painting and was heavily inspired to do one of Boba Fett... who I seem to be constantly drawing these days.
Yeah, looks like he's had a bit of a hard time
Was going to add a touch of his face through the visor but decided against it.
All I have to say is WOW, just WOW! This piece truly captures Boba Fett and all of his badassery... Everything from the glows within the blast holes to the helmet being battle damaged is really really nice. I really liked how you shaded/highlighted the mesh or rubber (whatever that is) between his armor, that looks fantastic. That and you even went the extra mile to add the numbers on his chest plate, which alot of people just blur out! Props! All in all this piece is awesome, and I have nothing bad to say about it at all. Great job and i'll be watching your works!!
Hello. I've got a question. I want to print this picture so I could have it on my desk, the issue is...I can't buy it through the DevianArt store. Are you okay with this? I won't temper with it in any other way, or claim it as my own creation. Thanks in advance. Anyways, 10/10 picture.
Great detail! Good call I think on not including the face at all, more mystery, and works well with the darkness of the 'Black' painting. Ditto on doing the numbers, which can be very difficult. You did an excellent job on them, but am curious, the '..32' appear to be a bit brighter than the '120'. What was your thought on that? Excellent work, can't wait to check out the walkthrough. Thanks for sharing.
